World's Best Chicken????

The caption on Pinterest said this is the World's Best Chicken....  not sure I agree, but it was pretty good.  Give it a try and let me know what you think.

The World’s Best Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
Salt & pepper
Rosemary
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a small bowl, mix together mustard, syrup, and vinegar.  Place chicken breasts into 9×13 greased baking dish. Season with salt & pepper. Pour mustard mixture over chicken. Make sure each breast is fully coated. No need to marinate.  Bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until meat thermometer reads 165 degrees.  (Line your pan with foil to keep clean up easy!)

  1. Kels, that is one of Randy's favorites! I made it up north for my family and they loved it too! It's a very unique flavor. I tried to do it once with chicken breasts and it wasn't the same. The thighs have it!

  2. Thanks for the note! Thighs are not a fav of someone I know... he does the crinkled nose thing. I will keep that in mind if i ever make this for mom and dad though!

  3. Oh, and also your recipe doesn't say what to do with the rosemary. My recipe wants to to add the fresh rosemary after baking while the chicken sets before plating. Is that what you did?
